For a 15,000 gallon pool, we would not recommend purchasing the Hayward H-Series 135K BTU Natural Gas Above Ground Heater as it would be slightly undersized for 15,000 gallons of water. For a 15,000 gallon pool, we would recommend purchasing a natural gas heater 150,000 BTUs or larger.
Pool heaters must be installed in accordance with all local and state codes and you must follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and procedures.
