For a 27' round swimming pool we would recommend the SwimSmart 93K BTU Electric Heat Pump. If you would like to extend your swimming season into the late Fall or early Spring, or if you live in a colder area, then we would recommend oversizing the heater to a 112,000 BTU or larger unit.
