I do not have a vacuum plate. How can I install and use this cleaner without a skimmer vacuum plate?

In order to use the Aquabot Mamba without a vacuum plate, first you want to remove the skimmer basket so the cleaner hose has a clear path to the suction line. Then you want to submerge each hose section in the pool to push out the air before attaching it directly to the suction port inside the skimmer well. If needed, install the included flow regulator to help balance the suction. Once everything is connected, watch the cleaner’s movement and you can adjust the hose length or suction flow as necessary to ensure it operates smoothly.
