Yes, our winter pool covers work for pools that have decks installed around them. We would recommend the use of water tubes to weigh down the cover to the deck so if there is a lot of water weight on the cover from rain/snow the cover would just slide under the water tubes instead of ripping.
If your deck fully encloses the swimming pool, then you can use water tubes throughout the entire perimeter of the swimming pool. If you have a partial deck, then you can use the water tubes on the part of the pool with the deck, and then some cover clips on the top ledge where there is no deck.
