All step pads and ladder mats lay on top of the vinyl liner, with the blue ridged side facing up and the black side facing down.
Which side of the step pad faces up? 30" x 36" Step Pad
One side is blue with ridges, and the other side is black without ridges, but I didn't find any information on which side should be facing up.
