Yes, the Hydrotools Universal Pool Step Weight Anchor is compatible with the Ocean Blue Mighty Step. Since the Mighty Step does not have a ledge or platform for the anchor to rest on, it can be secured to the step using rope.
Please note that the Ocean Blue Mighty Step still requires 50 lbs. of sand for proper installation. The sand should be added to the side panels of the step as instructed. The Hydrotools Step Weight Anchor is not intended to replace the required sand in the side panels of the step.
