"Ordered the 24’X54” Tribeca Round Pool. Pool arrived in 3 days professionally wrapped and in perfect condition (not a dent in any of the cartons). The Installation instructions in the Support / Downloads section of the website were very detailed and easy to follow, and the pool went up fast. My inground pool in miami took 6 months and set me back 65k. The water is wet in both and put a deck on it, it’s no brainer Thx"

"This is our third above ground pool installation in our lifetime and this one is the best by far. Frankly, I don’t know why anyone would consider anything else. Paired with a cartridge filtration system and a Hayward Salt & Swim ABG, our pool is virtually maintenance free. 100% resin equals no worries about rust-through like the pool it replaced. Not only after you purchase the pool but any questions you have while installing occurs or after they are with you entire way if you need assistance. "We love our 15×26 saltwater pool. It was delivered on schedule, excellent customer service from everyone at The Pool Factory. We installed it in one weekend and was swimming the following weekend. We did upgrade to the 40 ml liner, which was a great choice. Having everything delivered in one package was so nice. Don’t hesitate to purchase and start having fun. It’s a fraction of the cost of an inground pool but just as nice!"

Absolutely Awesome Pool!

"We ordered the 21x54 Aurora Saltwater pool for regular chorine use. We chose it for the Resin Composite wall and all resin (or high quality plastic) materials. The only metal in the whole thing are the stainless steel screws to hold everything together. This one nice quality pool. I even think it will outlast our first one, it was 10 years old. Had one interaction with customer service, and they were perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better on-line experience, the whole thing was great!! You will NOT be disappointed with this company, or this pool make if you decide to choose it. Thanks, Pool Factory!"
